Overview

The Vision

Karkhana is a long-form branding exploration that reimagines India's regional beverage culture through a contemporary lens. What begins as a visual identity and packaging system evolves into a complete digital and motion ecosystem.

As a featured personal project, Karkhana serves as a platform to explore and showcase my capabilities across three disciplines: brand identity design, UI/UX design, and motion design. Every aspect of the project—from strategy and visual identity to digital experiences and animated storytelling—is being conceptualized and executed by me.

Methodology

The Roadmap

Phase I: Identity & Packaging

Establishing a scalable brand identity and packaging system inspired by India's diverse regional beverage traditions.

Phase II: Digital & UI/UX

Translating that identity into a digital product and e-commerce experience through comprehensive UI/UX design.

Phase III: Motion & Systems

Bringing the brand to life through motion systems, detailed product animations, and visual storytelling.

The goal is to create a complete end-to-end brand experience that demonstrates how a single idea can evolve across branding, digital design, and motion while remaining cohesive at every touchpoint.
